No I am not aware of any free ones... really for the amount of work that goes into these packages, the creators deserve to get paid.

Due to our inability to produce a 2008 draft kit this season, I went looking around for the best commercial software draft tool and projection set and I settled on FANTISTICS!

yeah unfortunately we were not able to put together a draft kit this year, just no time. I hated not being able to do it, but obviously we have to put our priorities where the bills get paid.

When will the 2008 projections, compiler and draft buddy be out?

Agreed, the Draft Kits have been EXTREMELY helpful the last few years, and it's a shame to see them go, it'd be great even if you just taught a few people how and they could make it themselves. Howeve ...

There is actually a slim chance that a new projection set and cheatsheet compiler could be put out in February.. not for sure yet, but a small possibility.
