Thanks for the great advice adichiara, looks like you put a lot of thought into your response. I wish I was as knowledgeable as you man.

10 teams = Stacked rosters Tongue In Cheek

I don't see any blatant holes on your team. Possibly grab a cheap closer in the late rounds in case Dotel doesn't hold up.

Nice team. Thumbs Up

Nice team so far. Could you put numbers next to the players in the round you drafted them in? I just want to get an idea..

1B Helton.html]Todd Helton[/url] (1B-Col) It doesn't get much better at 1B
2B Michael Young (2B-Tex) He's an ok 2B, but not really a keeper to me. I think he's peaked.
3B Hank Blalock (3B-Tex) Solid pick, and I'd love to see him follow up with another nice year.
SS Edgar Renteria (SS-StL) SB Threat #2 Thumbs Up
OF Lance Berkman (CF, LF-Hou) Underrated! Watch for a nice year
OF Vernon Wells (CF-Tor) Love the guy...helped lead me to an Interleague H2H Championship last year!
OF Juan Pierre (CF-Fla) SB Threat #1 Mr. Green
UT Manny Ramirez (LF, DH-Bos) Should help carry your average and provide just over 30 bombs.

SP Barry Zito (SP-Oak) His workload scares the hell out of me at his age, so when it comes time to freeze your keepers be careful if his IP get up there again this year.
SP Matt Morris (SP-StL) He's not lights out, but drops solid numbers
RP Keith Foulke (RP-Bos) Reason #1 that Kenny Williams is the worst GM in baseball (though Bavasi's challenging). He's legit and should save 40+
RP Octavio Dotel (RP-Hou) Waiting to see him as a closer, but a top notch RP regardless
P Sidney Ponson (SP-Bal) His success is tied directly to his ability to avoid overthrowing. The harder he throws the more hittable he becomes and more walks he gives up.

All in all, I'd say you're going to need some more starting pitching. If you can nab Jason Phillips at catcher, he'd be a nice addition to that lineup. Pitching should still be plentiful in your league.

Man, there are some sweet smilies in here. But staying on topic, I think you really have a good team. Aside from maybe Young, your offense is great. Pitching might be a little thin. Look for some help w/ SP. There are tons of young, talented guys out there now. And I agree, try to get another RP. Dotel is still a ?.
