Good bye, good luck

Well I have been a member here for a couple years and have seen the steep decline in activity, the decline in interest from other members, and most of all the apparent abandonment from the people running the website. I do not want to knock RC1 and RC2 but this site was a very informative and fun place to go to discuss fantasy baseball up until 8-10 months ago. I kept coming back to participate and usually found myself to be the only one in the forums at the time (on several occasions). People have more important things to do I agree but if you have a site, maintain it. I used to get the majority of my news, advice, and strategy from here, now I check in to make an occasional comment and leave. I see no reason to come back on until things change for the better, good luck to all those that have either responded to my posts or I have responded to theirs. I hope this can be a site as good as it used to be some time in the near future.

Actually we have no obligation to maintain it. It is provided for free. That means when we have to pay the bills, we have to spend our time on other things.

We were clear about this when we announced we would not be doing projections this year.

The forum has been left up so that those people who have built relationships here can still communicate with eachother. We could have just pulled the plug without warning, but we did not.

I hope you find what you want elsewhere, just keep in mind that if it is free, the site owners have no obligation to maintain the site at the expense of personal hardship.
