The players I was targetting heavily in drats were a mixed bag. ARod and Rollins were hard to argue with, as were cabrera and HRam. Piazza, even as a late-round pick, sucked. Helton wasn't much, if any, more than replacement level. However, as in a lot of drafts, there were always a few players that I wasn't really gunning for, but dropped low enough that I considered them value picks and couldn't pass them by. So, I ended up having two different teams with this infield:

1B Fielder
2B Phillips
3B ARod
SS Rollins

Needless to say, those teams won a LOT of offensive categories. Solid if unspectacular pitching and quality bullpens provided more than enough support for the other categories. Seemed like i had Valverde, Soriano, Marmol, and Chamberlain on almost every team there at the end.

nice! i got burned by piazza too but i made up by pickin players such as burrel, weeks, Oliver Perez later in the season

nice,i have found when playing in pools(5) with 4 of them populated with peeps that know what the hey they are doing...luck is the biggest factor Laughing
